Immediate action on Chief Minister and PWD Minister’s instructions : Road repairing work started soon after rainfall stopped

To ensure smooth traffic movement and convenience of public, Public Works Department has started road repairing work soon after the rainfall paused. As per the instructions of Mr. bhupesh Baghel, Department minister Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu chaired a meeting of all the Executive Engineers of PWD and directed them to pace up the road construction and repairing work. Taking immediate action on the instructions of PWD Minister Mr. Sahu, the department officials have started the patch work of 21.20 km long Pali-Podi-Silli-Ratanpur road that connects Korba to Bilaspur . Likewise, patch work of Chitanvis Road L-3.40 km in Durg Division has also been completed. PWD Minister has given instructions to make all the roads of the state potholes free.
