Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has expressed deep condolence on sad demise of Ex-Chief Election Commissioner Mr. TN Sheshan. Dr Singh commemorated the contribution of Mr. Sheshan in conducting election while strictly ensuring compliance to the rules and regulations.
