‘Udaan’ Bihan Aajeevika Kendra arrives in Chikhalputi, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel arrived at the ‘Udaan’ Bihan Aajeevika Kendra during his two-day stay in Kondagaon district. In this livelihood center located in Chikhalputi, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel encouraged the women who are making strides in various livelihood activities and said that financially empowered women is a symbol of strong Chhattisgarh. Self-sufficient women act to inspire not only the family but also other sections of society. Giving examples, he said that the government is distributing eggs under mid-day meal in Anganwadi and schools. If women take the responsibility of distributing eggs at the local level by following the poultry, then surely we will not need to order eggs from other state. He said that Gothan is being developed as a livelihood center by the government. Due to which all livelihood resources will be operated at one place.
It is noteworthy that 43 women have been associated with activities like bakery biscuits, paper plates, incense sticks, processed coconut oil, spices manufacturing and tikur processing at Chikhalputi Udaan Bihaan Aajeevika Kendra. On the occasion, the Director of the Center, Ms. Hemlata Gajbhiye, apprised the Chief Minister about the various livelihood activities conducted in the Center and Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel interacted with the women of various self-help groups at Udaan Bihan Livelihood Center. During the discussion, the women apprised the Chief Minister Mr. Baghel about the problems related to tree-guard construction, fisheries and asked for their needs. On this, Chief Minister Mr. Baghel, while talking about working unitedly for women, took a closer look at the various activities conducted in the center and took his information. At the conclusion of the program, all the women of the center also presented a bundle of various types of materials produced to the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel. On this occasion, Public Health Engineering and Village Industries Minister and Minister in-charge of the district, Guru Rudrakumar, Minister of Excise and Industry, Mr. Kavasi Lakhma, Advisor to the Chief Minister Mr. Rajesh Tiwari, MP Deepak Badge, Kondagaon MLA Mr. Mohan Markam, Bastar Development Authority Chairman Mr. Lakheswar Baghel, Zila Panchayat CEO Mr. DN Kashyap and other public representatives and officer-employees were present.

‘उड़ान‘ बिहान आजीविका केन्द्र चिखलपुटी पहुंचे मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल

मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल अपने दो दिवसीय कोण्डागांव जिले के प्रवास के दौरान ‘उड़ान‘ बिहान आजीविका केन्द्र पहुंचे। चिखलपुटी स्थित इस आजीविका केन्द्र में मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल ने आजीविका की विभिन्न गतिविधियों में मजबूती से कदम बढ़ाती हुई महिलाओं की हौसला अफजाई करते हुए कहा कि आर्थिक रूप से सशक्त महिलाएं, सशक्त छत्तीसगढ़ का प्रतीक है। आत्मनिर्भर महिला न केवल परिवार बल्कि समाज के अन्य वर्गों के लिए भी प्रेरणा देने का कार्य करती हैं। उन्होंने उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि शासन द्वारा आंगनबाड़ी और शालाओं में मध्यान्ह भोजन के अंतर्गत अण्डा वितरित किया जा रहा है। अगर महिलाएं कुक्कट पालन करके स्थानीय स्तर पर अण्डे वितरण का दायित्व लेती हैं तो निश्चित रूप से हमें अन्य राज्य से अण्डा मंगाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि शासन द्वारा गौठानों को आजीविका केन्द्र के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। जिसके तहत् सभी आजीविका संसाधनों को एक ही स्थान पर संचालित किया जाएगा।
उल्लेखनीय है कि चिखलपुटी उड़ान बिहान आजीविका केन्द्र में 43 महिलाओं को बेकरी बिस्किट, पेपर प्लेट, अगरबत्ती, प्रसंस्कृत नारियल तेल, मसाले निर्माण एवं तिखूर प्रसंस्करण जैसी गतिविधियों से जोड़ा गया है। मौके पर केन्द्र की संचालिका सुश्री हेमलता गजभिये ने केन्द्र में संचालित विभिन्न आजीविका गतिविधियों से मुख्यमंत्री को अवगत कराया और मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने उड़ान बिहान आजीविका केन्द्र में विभिन्न स्व-सहायता समूहों की महिलाओं से रूबरू होकर विस्तृत चर्चा की। चर्चा के दौरान महिलाओं ने मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल को ट्री-गार्ड निर्माण, मत्स्य पालन से संबंधित समस्याओं से अवगत कराकर अपनी आवश्यकता संबंधी मांगे रखीं। इस पर मुख्यमंत्री श्री बघेल ने महिलाओं को एकजुट होकर कार्य करने की बात करते हुए केन्द्र में संचालित विभिन्न गतिविधियों का बारीकी से अवलोकन करके उसकी जानकारी ली। कार्यक्रम के समापन पर मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल को केन्द्र की समस्त महिलाओं ने विभिन्न प्रकार की उत्पादित सामग्रियों का डलिया भी भेंट स्वरूप दिया। इस अवसर पर लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी एवं ग्रामोद्योग मंत्री और जिले के प्रभारी मंत्री गुरू रूद्रकुमार, आबकारी और उद्योग मंत्री श्री कवासी लखमा, मुख्यमंत्री के सलाहकार श्री राजेश तिवारी, सांसद दीपक बैज, कोण्डागांव विधायक श्री मोहन मरकाम, बस्तर विकास प्राधिकरण अध्यक्ष श्री लखेश्वर बघेल, जिला पंचायत सीईओ श्री डीएन कश्यप सहित अन्य जनप्रतिनिधि और अधिकारी-कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे।
