Journalists strongly condemned the murderous attack on journalist Amin Farooqui at the meeting of Indian Journalist Association Itwa Tehsil unit.

An essential meeting of journalists of the Indian Journalist Association Itwa Tehsil Unit was held at the office at Baluwa. In which many important points were discussed and along with the strength of the organization, the friends were assured that our organization is always ready in the interest of journalists. We will fight unitedly in case of any untoward incident with a journalist colleague, and the incident which took place on 16 May in Bewa (Dumariyaganj) is very regrettable and went very wrong and all the journalists in one voice said that this Bewa High-level investigation of the incident is necessary. So that action can be taken against the guilty and justice can be given to the victim. Together, the morale of journalists should not fall.
Indian Journalist Association Itwa Tehsil President Dr. Jungbahadur Chaudhary, Tehsil General Secretary Niamatullah, Naseem Ahmed, Rajesh Srivastava, Jatashankar Soni, Abrar Ali, Khan Nasir Ahmed, Ataullah Siddiqui, Zaheer Siddiqui, were present at the meeting.
