रायपुर। डॉ ममता साहू ने कहा की छत्तीसगढ़ में कांग्रेस को कोई कार्यकर्ता नहीं मिला जो यूपी और बिहार से आयात कर रहे हैं ।कल्पना सिंह यूपी रायबरेली की है, उन्होंने यूपी में मतदान भी किया 2019 में और जिसे समाज कल्याण बोर्ड का सदस्य बनाया गया है यह सरकार करती कुछ और है कहती कुछ और है लोगों को भ्रम में रखा है कि छत्तीसगढ़ी ओ की सरकार है परंतु ऐसा कुछ नहीं है सभी बाहरी लोगों को मौका दिया गया है गिने-चुने छत्तीसगढ़िया को ही निगम और आयोग में दिया गया है छग शासन के द्वारा समाज कल्याण विभाग में नव नियुक्त सदस्य कल्पना सिंह की नियुक्ति अब खतरे में पढ़ गई है क्योंकि उसके पति के विरुद्ध यशस्वी तिवारी नामक व्यक्ति ने आरोप लगाते हुए चौकाने वाला पत्र प्रतिपक्ष नेता धरम लाल कौशिक को सौंपी है जिसे लेकर उन्होंने महिला बाल विकास मंत्री श्रीमती अनिला भेड़िया को पत्र लिख कर आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने की मांग की है उन्होंने समस्त दस्तावेज प्रेषित कर बताया कि शिकायत कर्ता यशस्वी तिवारी ने कहा है कि छग शासन द्वारा समाज कल्याण बोर्ड में नियुक्त सदस्य कल्पना सिंह के पति प्रशांत सिंह हिस्ट्री शीटर तथा पचास हजार रुपये का इनामी अपराधी है श्री कौशिक ने पत्र में कहा कि ऐसे सदस्य के पति जो अपराध से जुड़े है उन्हें नियुक्त करने के पूर्व इसकी पूरी तरह सूक्ष्मता से छानबीन कर जांच किया जाए ताकि शांत प्रदेश अशांत न हो उल्लेखनीय है कि कल्पना सिंह की नियुक्ति छग शासन ने समाज कल्याण बोर्ड में सदस्य के रूप में इसी माह 16 जुलाई 2020 को की है।
