कांग्रेस पार्टी में आंतरिक चुनाव की मांग भी लंबे समय से उठ रही है. ऐसे में माना जा रहा है कि होने वाली बैठक में इस मुद्दे पर भी चर्चा हो सकती है.

नई दिल्लीः कांग्रेस वर्किंग कमेटी की आज बैठक होनी है. यह बैठक वर्चुअली होगी और सुबह 10.30 बजे के करीब शुरू होगी. माना जा रहा है कि इस बैठक में कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष के नाम पर फैसला हो सकता है और एक बार फिर से राहुल गांधी को यह जिम्मेदारी दी जा सकती है.
बता दें कि 2019 लोकसभा चुनाव में हार के बाद राहुल गांधी ने कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष का पद छोड़ दिया था. उसके बाद से ही सोनिया गांधी पार्टी की अंतरिम अध्यक्ष बनी हुई हैं. कांग्रेस वर्किंग कमेटी की बैठक में कई अन्य मुद्दों पर भी चर्चा हो सकती है. इनमें किसानों का मुद्दा, आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव आदि पर चर्चा हो सकती है.
कांग्रेस पार्टी में आंतरिक चुनाव की मांग भी लंबे समय से उठ रही है. ऐसे में माना जा रहा है कि आज होने वाली बैठक में इस मुद्दे पर भी चर्चा हो सकती है. पार्टी के कई वरिष्ठ नेता AICC की सेंट्रल कमेटी के लिए चुनाव कराने और संसदीय समिति को फिर से रिवाइव करने की मांग कर चुके हैं. ऐसे में बैठक के दौरान इन मुद्दों पर भी चर्चा संभव है. बीते साल कांग्रेस पार्टी के 23 वरिष्ठ नेताओं ने सोनिया गांधी को एक चिट्ठी लिखी थी, जिसमें पार्टी में आंतरिक चुनाव कराने की मांग की गई थी. इस चिट्ठी के बाद कांग्रेस पार्टी में खासा हंगामा हुआ था.
