Chhattisgarh Chief Minister participates in FICCIs 92nd annual convention
CM emphasizes on inclusive development along with increasing pace of economy
New Delhi-Raipur,December 21, 2019/ Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel suggested some measures for improving the pace of economy and emphasized on inclusive development.
Addressing the 92nd annual convention of FICCI (Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) at Hotel Taj Palace here, the chief minister said that the target of making India 5 trillion dollar economy could be beneficial only if basic needs of each citizen get fulfilled.
Speaking on the theme of India: Roadmap to a 5 trillion dollar economy, he said farmers in the country should be given a profitable value for their yield to ensure that demand in the market does not fall. He added that activities related to farming and animal husbandry should also be encouraged.
He said alternative methods should be adopted for use of foodgrains and stubble. He also listed various measures such as permission for making ethanol from stubble, setting up food processing units, establishing food parks, capital grant, interest grant and relief from GST. He added that there is a need to emphasis on rural industry, processing of minor forest produce, processing and marketing of medicinal plants.
Inviting industrialists to set up industries in Chhattisgarh, the chief minister said that the state has flexible and supportive industrial policy.
On the problem of Naxalism, Baghel said that his government has succeeded in winning the trust of locals in the affected areas, resulting in 50 per cent decline in the problem. The chief minister said that the state has immense potential in tourism sector and his government has been working hard in this direction. He added that action plans have been made for development of eco tourism and Ram Van Gaman Path. Work is in progress in developing tourism in Sarguja, Bastar and Koriya districts, he said.

अर्थव्यवस्था की गति बढ़ाने के साथ ही समावेशी विकास पर दिया जोर
नई दिल्ली/21 दिसम्बर 2019/ छत्तीसगढ़ के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल नई दिल्ली में फिक्की (फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडियन चैंबर ऑफ कॉमर्स एंड इंडस्ट्री) के 92वें वार्षिक सम्मेलन में इंडिया: रोड मैप टू ए पांच ट्रिलियन डॉलर इकोनॉमी विषय पर आयोजित परिचर्चा में भाग लिया। इस अवसर पर उन्होने अर्थव्यवस्था की गति बढ़ाने के लिए कुछ उपाय और सुझाव बताए, जिसमें उन्होने समावेशी विकास पर जोर दिया।
कार्यक्रम में श्री बघेल ने कहा कि कृषकों को उनकी उपज का लाभप्रद मूल्य देना होगा ताकि बाजार में मांग में कमी न आए। पशुपालन एवं कृषि क्षेत्र की अन्य गतिविधियों को बढ़ावा देना होगा। खाद्यान्नों के उपयोग और निराकरण हेतु वैकल्पिक तरीके अपनाने होंगे। खाद्यान्नों से एथेनॉल बनाने की अनुमति देने, फूड प्रोसेसिंग इकाइयां स्थापित करने, फूड पार्क की स्थापना, पूंजी अनुदान, ब्याज अनुदान तथा जीएसटी से राहत जैसे उपाय करने की बात कही। इस दौरान उन्होने ग्रामोद्योग, लघु वनोपजों के प्रसंस्करण, औषधि पौधों के प्रसंस्करण एवं मार्केटिंग पर अधिक जोर देने की आवश्यकता बताई।
कार्यक्रम में बघेल ने उद्योगपतियों को राज्य में उद्योग लगाने का आह्वान करते हुये कहा कि छत्तीसगढ़ की सहयोगात्मक उद्योग नीति है, जिसमें लचीलापन है। उन्होने कहा कि देश के विकास के लिए 5 ट्रिलियन इकोनॉमी तभी फायदेमंद है, जब हम हर एक इंसान की सभी बुनियादी जरूरतें पूरा कर सकें।
प्रदेश की माओवादी समस्या पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि लोगों का विश्वास जीतने का काम हमने किया है, जिससे समस्या में 50 फीसदी की कमी आई है। गरीबी और कुपोषण दूर करने का साथ ही स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और रोजगार मुहैया कराया गया है।
छत्तीसगढ़ में पर्यटन की अपार संभावनाएं – बघेल ने कहा कि पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में प्रदेश सरकार काफी काम कर रही है। इको टूरिस्म, राम वनगमन पथ की कार्ययोजना भी बनाई गयी है। बस्तर के साथ ही सरगुजा, कोरिया आदि क्षेत्रों में भी पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में काम किया जा रहा है।
