Now farmers can get their grievances resolved through Dial 112 service
Farmers can Dial 112 for any kind of problem including those related to paddy procurement Chief Secretary to review redressal progress of the complaints received every week

Now any and all grievances of farmers in Chhattisgarh including those related to paddy procurement would be immediately resolved through Dial 112 service. Taking a major decision in the larger interest of farmers, Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel has given instructions to include farmers’ grievances redressal service under Dial 112. This service would be provided to the farmers during the paddy procurement season. Presently, emergency services are provided under Dial 112. Now Collector and SPs have been directed to ensure immediate redressal of the complaints received from farmers via Dial 112.
Farmers of Chhattisgarh can get all the required information about registration, entry of acreage, lack of acreage, any kind of error in Girdawari, any problem in selling paddy and farmers need any kind of financial assistance, by calling on 112 . Under Dial 112 service, their problems and grievances would be quickly redressed. Chief Minister has issued instructions in the context to all the district collectors and the superintendents of police. Every week Chief Secretary would review the complaints received from the farmers under Dial 112 and the action taken to redress the same.
It is noteworthy that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel, Chhattisgarh Government has taken many important and consistent steps to protect interests of the farmers, to solve their problems and for their welfare. Empowerment of farmers and up gradation of farming is the top priority of the state government. Farmers’ debt waiver, innovative schemes like Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyaya Yojana, Godhan Nyaya Yojana and Suraji Village have boosted the rural economy in this time of crisis.

रायपुर, 8 दिसंबर 2020/ छत्तीसगढ़ में डायल 112 से अब किसानों की धान बेचने सहित अन्य किसी भी प्रकार की समस्याओं का त्वरित निदान हो सकेगा। मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल ने प्रदेश के किसानों के हित में एक बड़ा निर्णय लेतेे हुए किसानों की समस्याओं के त्वरित निदान के लिए डायल 112 की सेवा किसानों से जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए है। इस धान खरीदी सीजन तक किसानों को यह सेवा मुहैया होगी। डायल 112 की सेवाएं अभी आपात स्थिति में लोगों को मुहैया हो रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने डायल 112 में किसानों से प्राप्त होने वाली समस्याओं को त्वरित निदान करने के निर्देश कलेक्टर और पुलिस अधीक्षकों को दिए है।
प्रदेश के किसानों के पंजीयन रकबे की एंट्री, रकबे की कमी, गिरदावरी में किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि, धान बेचने में किसी प्रकार की समस्या और किसानों को किसी प्रकार की आर्थिक सहायता की आवश्यकता होने पर अब वह डायल 112 में कॉल करके जानकारी दे सकते हैं। डायल 112 के माध्यम से उनकी समस्याओं का त्वरित निदान किया जाएगा। इसके लिए प्रदेश के सभी जिला कलेक्टरों और पुलिस अधीक्षकों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं। डायल 112 में किसानों से संबंधित प्राप्त होने वाली शिकायतों और उन पर की जाने वाली कार्रवाई की समीक्षा हर सप्ताह मुख्य सचिव द्वारा की जाएगी।
गौरतलब है कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री भूपेश बघेल के नेतृत्व में छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार द्वारा किसानों के हितों के संरक्षण, उनकी समस्याओं के समाधान और उनके कल्याण के लिए लगातार कई अहम कदम उठाए गए है। किसानों के सशक्तिकरण और खेती-किसानी का उन्नयन राज्य सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता में है। प्रदेश में किसानों की कर्जमाफी, किसानों को उनकी उपज का वाजिब दाम दिलाने राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना, गोधन न्याय योजना और सुराजी गांव जैसी अभिनव योजनाओं से इस संकटकाल मेें ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को संजीवनी मिली है।
